My nasal bridge was originally high, but when I was young I broke my nasal bone while playing, and my deviated septum made the hump gradually get worse. Then my nasal tip spread out, so while having surgery for a deviated septum, I had a non-implant surgery with hump reduction, osteotomy, auricular cartilage, and septal cartilage. But I really went into surgery knowing absolutely nothing, and I did the surgery all at once, so I don’t really know the materials. The nasal tip is so awkward, and when viewed from the side, the nose isn’t long, but I really like the side profile. My nostrils show a lot and they’ve become like an 11 shape, so I want to have it removed. I still have the habit from when I had a hump of wearing glasses, lifting my chin, and looking forward...
