First, for my bulbous nose, I had silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and alar reduction, but the left and right sides are uneven and I don’t like the shape. I’m thinking about either just removal or even revision surgery, so please recommend places that are good at both removal and revision I definitely want somewhere that improves a bulbous nose, and rather than something flashy, I want somewhere that does it naturally to match facial proportions and pays close attention to the patient’s needs I really don’t want to have revision after revision after revision anymore
