They said it wasn’t an emergency, but it would be better to decide and do it quickly. Otherwise, as the skin gradually gets thinner, if my overall physical condition becomes a bit poor, a major inflammation could occur. For the surgical method, they said they would remove the entire silicone implant, then check the condition of the nasal tip; if it’s okay, they would only do cartilage repositioning, and if it’s too compressed or deviated, they would add ear cartilage to that extent. I liked that they seemed to be trying to keep it as simple as possible. And I’m worried I might develop a saddle nose…
