I suspect I may have damage to my alar cartilage, so I’m looking into reconstruction. I understand that CT scans mainly assess things like the nasal septum, so I’m wondering whether I should get an MRI to check it.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
