I wanted to reduce the facial width marked here with the red arrows, so a year ago I had a long-curved square jaw surgery and masseter muscle resection, and up to now I've also had Botox about twice. But I'm not lying, that width really hasn't decreased even 1 bit. In a case like this, is my face just one that won't get narrower no matter what surgery I do? If there were even a little effect, I wouldn't be writing this, but even after doing all the surgeries and procedures mentioned above, I really don't see even 1 bit of effect. To reduce that width, what other surgery could I do? If anyone knows, please answer.
