I’m 3 months post-rhinoplasty, and because of the implant in the part where my nasolabial angle was corrected, I’m uncomfortable and my philtrum is wrinkling, so I’m going crazy. Is it possible to remove only the implant for nasolabial angle correction? I’m so stressed. Even if I go to the hospital, I feel like the hospital will make excuses and say it’s because they raised my nose
