What’s the difference between doing cartilage tying and not doing it? Some places say it causes more damage and makes the nose upturned, while others say it actually doesn’t make it upturned.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
