Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm thinking about full nose implant removal. Please give me advice!

My goal is to return as close as possible to my original nose, without contracture during the recovery period after removal and even afterward. Even if a contraction phase happens, I want to minimize the nasal tip lifting, so I'm also considering reinforcing the tip with a very small amount of ear cartilage while maintaining a soft and natural feel. If a contraction phase comes, can tip lifting be prevented with cartilage repositioning alone? And if ear cartilage is used, how much firmer does it become compared with my original nose? Would that make a piggy nose impossible?
