Removal of L-shaped silicone in the nose and correction of nasal upturning

Ha… I live overseas, but because I wasn’t feeling well, I came here briefly on vacation to get various tests done. By chance, I found out that during a surgery 14 years ago, which was done in collaboration with an ENT doctor for a deviated septum and nasal polyps, and cosmetically was only supposed to slightly correct a hump nose and arrow-shaped nose, they had cut an L-shaped silicone implant and inserted it all the way up to the nasal bridge. Somehow I could see something round at the nasal tip, so it felt unsettling, and my nose also seemed a bit upturned. After that previous surgery, my nasal bridge, which had already been high, somehow became even higher, and from the right side, something that looked like silicone seemed visible, so I didn’t really like my side profile, but ugh…
