I’ve already had rhinoplasty, but the bridge of my nose isn’t smooth, it feels like the hump is still there, and it looks too natural. Because of this, I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. At that time, septal cartilage was used, and since this is a revision, I’m thinking of using rib cartilage. But autologous costal cartilage is better than donated rib cartilage, right? The only place I’ve looked into is ㅁㅎ, so for those who have used autologous costal cartilage, where did you get it done?

알아요 My silicone was showing through, so I’m planning to remove it and considering revision with autologous costal cartilage. I’m looking at High-End as my first choice. They say the scar at the rib cartilage harvest site isn’t a big concern either.. Besides that place, I’m also researching OM and Marble online.
대두 I got autologous costal cartilage at ㄴㅌ about 6 months ago, and for about a month after surgery it hurt like crazy. Now there’s no contracture, and the shape came out well.
삼시일곱끼 That really is something to think about too. I’m also considering a no-implant option, but whether to use donated or autologous material is another concern. Once the hospital decision is over, the material decision will probably start.....
