I have inflammation and some partial depression is visible, so I was considering removing the nasal tip material. The nasal bridge is fine, but only the nasal tip keeps stinging and hurting, so I thought about removal. The shape of the nasal tip feels a bit lifted. My nostrils are more visible than before. In cases like this, if I go for a consultation, would it return just with removal? Or, since signs of contracture are showing, would it be right to remove everything including the silicone and get nasal tip correction? I think it would be good if people with experience could share whether the shape returns with simple removal alone, or whether it is better to consider revision surgery.
