Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

After Gore-Tex removal, dermal surgery, and nasal tip revision

Hi everyone I had Gore-Tex removed after more than ten years and had surgery using only autologous dermis I guess I didn’t have enough of my original nose left to benefit from the advantages of autologous dermis While getting autologous dermis, I also had cartilage tying, but the nasal tip looks low and the overall feel is broad and spread out I had removal surgery because it was obvious I’d had nose surgery, but the slim feeling disappeared and it became lower and maybe over time it’ll absorb a bit more.. In the beginning, I cried every time I looked at it ㅠㅠ It feels like one blunt cylinder of rice cake is sitting there, while the nasal tip feels low, if you can imagine that.. I don’t want to put in an implant, but the shape is so unattractive At first I thought about getting nostril reduction too, but now I’m thinking about putting ear cartilage only in the nasal tip If it’s inserted thinly, I thought it might be somewhat freer from nasal tip drooping or cartilage show-through, and the nose height might become a little more defined Is there anyone here like me who put only ear cartilage into a broad, spread-out nose? Please let me know whether there’s no drooping or show-through, and whether the height increased ㅠㅠ Please~~
