Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

In cases where septal cartilage was used

My nose was originally short and bulbous, but I developed contracture, so I’m thinking of removing it. I used septal cartilage for the nasal tip. In this kind of case, when doing a total removal, do they remove everything from the nasal tip too? Some places say they reposition the cartilage, and others say I need to use autologous costal cartilage again to rebuild the shape. If the septal cartilage is also fully removed, they say a short nose can have contraction, inflammation, and columellar collapse. Can someone tell me what that means… And please recommend consultation clinics too. I’m so scared and confused, and I regret why I ever had surgery. Please help me, everyone
