I had silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and bulbous nose correction, but I don’t know exactly how the surgery was doneㅠ I guess the silicone was used to build up the nasal bridge, and maybe those three materials were used for the nasal tip? Would it be okay to remove the septal cartilage? Maybe I don’t need to remove it? If I remove everything, will it be hard to go back to my original nose? I also had columella lowering as part of the bulbous nose correction.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
