I want to correct the nostril shape a bit with revision surgery. Does anyone know a place that’s good at it? I don’t have any implant in my nose for now, and I had ear cartilage used before but just had it removedㅠ But when removing it, the surgeon tied the nasal tip to make it stable. It’s not exactly ugly, but one nostril looks so unnaturalㅠ And most importantly, it’s so uncomfortable to breathe through my nose. I’ve been looking at Jungwoo, GNG, Hibom, and It’s B, but I really don’t know much about nosesㅠ A lot of people say to avoid GNG, but why is that?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
