For the past 2 weeks, my nose has been repeatedly turning red and then calming down every two days. I had contracture reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage 4 years ago, and the hospital where I had surgery said there was no problem. On the day I visited the hospital, there was no redness, and there was no swelling or pain either. Tiny acne-like bumps also appeared and disappeared, and when I apply eye ointment or steroid ointment, the red area sometimes calms down. A throbbing feeling in my nose and a pulse-like sensation around the nasal bridge have continued for about 2 weeks, and I’ve visited both an ENT clinic and a dermatology clinic, but they said they couldn’t identify the cause of the throbbing pain and that I should go to the hospital where I had surgery…
