It’s been almost 7 years since I had my nose done with silicone + septal cartilage, but the nasal tip shows through too much. From the front, the round shape of the cartilage shows through, and from the side it protrudes too sharply, so I’m considering revision surgeryㅠㅠ Has anyone fixed this with revision surgery? If you know a clinic that’s good at resolving cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, please recommend one.
