About a year ago, I had osteotomy to shave down a hump and even had lateral osteotomy, but the asymmetry on both sides got severe. The hump wasn't even that big, but they ground it all down, so my nasal bridge got lower too. Even before nose surgery, my nasal bridge itself didn't have any contour irregularity, but after the osteotomy the contour irregularity became so severeㅠ Should I say my nasal bridge looks a bit sunken... My original nose was also an arrow nose, so in a case like this, if I do total removal, the nasal bridge will get lower too, and will that make the arrow nose look even worse? Haㅠㅠ These days, maybe because I lost weight, whenever I look in the mirror, the contour irregularity looks worse, and because my nasal bridge got lower I want to die.
