Where would be good for revision rhinoplasty in Busan?

I had surgery in Busan (silicone implant on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the columella + bulbous nose correction) and I don’t know if the surgery went wrong, but my left nostril is packed with scar tissue, so only a cotton swab can barely go in. My nasal bridge is crooked, my septum is asymmetric, my nostrils are uneven, and my alar rims are uneven too (I’m not sure if the left alar rim has contracted, but it’s drooping). After surgery, I also developed rhinitis that I didn’t have before, so if I don’t take allergy medicine, I can’t go about daily life and I get headaches too. At the ENT department of a general hospital, they checked inside my nose with a camera and said my condition was serious enough that I needed to go to a university hospital, and that it would be best to get a referral letter from the hospital where I had the surgery. But at the hospital where I had surgery, they treated me like I was making a fuss, saying I could just get filler for the uneven alar rim area and that would be the end of it... When I search, I don’t really see people saying university hospitals are outstandingly good either... I’m from Busan, so I’m not in a position to go to Seoul or somewhere far away.
