Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

I'm torn ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

In the photo, the left eye is my original eye, and the right eye is one where I made a thin line at home before taking the picture. Even when I make a line, the upper area near the inner corner seems to cover the pupil and look stuffy, so I was thinking I might need an upper epicanthoplasty. The consultants at 4 clinics mentioned upper epicanthoplasty as soon as they saw me, but only 1 actual doctor mentioned it, so I'm even more conflicted. The eyes I want are almost close to inner double eyelids, and I went for consultations because I want eyes that look open and refreshing.
