I had my first nose surgery here 7 years ago. I do not remember which director did it. About 2 years ago, I heard that he had left the clinic! Back then, right after surgery, I had not fully come out of anesthesia yet, but they told me I could go, so I went home half-dazed while still not fully awake... I later learned, after a revision at another place, that it is not supposed to be like that. T_T And as a side effect, the tip of my nose became very red. Other than that, there were no problems.
