Please recommend a hospital for nose reconstruction. Preferably excluding large hospitals, and even if the hospital is fairly large, I would like there to be a director dedicated to noses. I had it done with donated costal cartilage, but maybe my nose absorbed it, because the step-off is too severe. Also, there had already been a step-off once, and even after I received an AS revision using AlloDerm and ear cartilage, the hospital where I had it done said it was just the limit of my original nose and that nothing could be done.
