Don’t take your car Even if they all say there’s parking, parking, getting the car out, and then getting stuck in awful traffic makes it very easy to be late for your next consultation 2. Always leave plenty of time between consultations Before I went, I thought about 40 minutes would be enough, but once you get to the clinic, wait, have the consultation, register parking, and rush out, 1 hour just flies by like nothing.. These days the waiting time can also be long, so if you have enough flexibility, I think it’s better to leave intervals of more than 1 hour. Don’t be like me, watching the clock throughout the consultation and feeling pressed for time.. ^^ 3. Bring photos At first I thought, why bring photos? It’s my nose they’re operating on anyway.. so I didn’t show any, but when I tried to explain what style of rhinoplasty I wanted, it felt really frustrating. So on the way to the second clinic, I saved a ton of photos Celebrity photos are fine, and clinic review photos are fine too.. 4. Other than this, just do everything at your own discretion!! I think the more questions you ask, the more you get out of it. Even if someone perceives a clinic as one that gives good consultations, it might happen that when you go, the clinic is busy, or the director is tired.. and for reasons like that they may give you a rough consultation

He said that since it’s my first surgery, they would use a lot of septal cartilage or ear cartilage, but if the nasal tip is relatively lower than the bridge like mine, putting costal cartilage in the nasal tip would serve as support and allow the bridge to be raised as much as I want And the director asked whether I drink alcohol. I said I’m not really the type who enjoys drinking, so I might drink once a month or not even that, and he said that was good and emphasized that after rhinoplasty, I absolutely must not drink for a certain period I had quite a few questions, and he answered every one of them without hesitation. Since he answered in a pretty clear and straightforward way, I felt even better about it But the consultation with the consultant was a bit disappointing. After finishing with the director, I had another question and asked her, but she said things like “Hmm, that’s not exactly certain,” and “Ah, that is...” and seemed to trail off a bit, so the ending didn’t feel very clear

Why do you want rhinoplasty, what style do you want if you have surgery, what kind of image do you want after surgery, things like that. I got the feeling that she was trying to understand exactly what style I wanted The director didn’t just look at my nose and set the design; from the start, he considered my overall facial image as well when reviewing the design. He emphasized that it’s not enough to just raise the nose; it also has to go well with the other facial features And I liked that he explained each nasal material first. Honestly, I often get confused even after hearing explanations about donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but since the director explained where the rib cartilage is harvested from and where it’s used, it was easy to understand In the director’s view too, my nose is quite low compared with my eyes and mouth, so he said it would be fine to have a dramatic rhinoplasty the way I want. But the inner corners of my eyes are a bit sharp, and I was worried about what if raising the nasal bridge made that worse. But the director said he would raise the bridge, but he wouldn’t insert that much silicone, and because my nasal tip is lower than my bridge, he would focus on raising the nasal tip. He drew as he designed the nose for me The consultation was really long, so this is getting long as I write;; After the consultation ended, at the end the consultant explained the cost, what anesthesia would be used, when the splint would be removed, and all that
After finishing, I moved on to JT in Sinsa, but I think I’ll choose either clinic 1 or 2, so I’ll only post these two while organizing my thoughts and thinking it over again. It’s definitely not because my fingers hurt..^^..
