202478 I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but my nostrils look upturned, so I’m trying to get revision nose surgery. I had consultations at two places, ㅊㅁ and ㄹㅇㅌ, and I’m so, so torn. I’m scared it’ll go wrong againㅠ Do you have any tips for choosing a revision surgery clinic? ㅊㅁ said they would remove everything in my nose and do it with a reconstruction-like approach.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
