I had surgery for hump osteotomy and tip elevation with septal extension, but since about 4 months ago, the area between my nasal bone and nasal cartilage has sunken in When I looked it up, they said an inverted-V deformity can occur when the upper lateral cartilage collapses, and my nose is exactly that shape I’m thinking about complete removal now, but the bridge has already collapsed, so I’ll never be able to go back to my original nose, right? I seriously want to die When I looked for ways to fix it, they said they do spreader grafting or stack dermis or diced ear cartilage on the bridge. But since I’m thinking about complete removal now, I don’t want to put anything into the bridge…
