I had rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage 10 years ago, and a few months ago, something started to look like it was protruding at the nasal tip. It didn’t hurt when I touched it, but I could see something sticking out, whether it was silicone or cartilage. Recently, the silicone also seems to have become crooked, so I feel like I need to do something. But if I get revision surgery, thinking that I might have to remove the implant again later makes me feel too overwhelmed. If I get everything removed, I heard that if the capsule is left behind, the nasal bridge can still look a little high, but I’m still worried, like what if it becomes too low like my original nose ㅠㅠ I’m not sure whether my nose is like this because of inflammation or whether contracture has started, but even if it’s not an extremely high nose, the nasal bridge …
