I had rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage 10 years ago, and a few months ago, something started to look like it was protruding at the nasal tip. It didn’t hurt when I touched it, but I could see something sticking out, whether it was silicone or cartilage. Recently, the silicone also seems to have become crooked, so I feel like I need to do something. But if I get revision surgery, thinking that I might have to remove the implant again later makes me feel too overwhelmed.
