After my first surgery, I received antibiotics for 1 week because of inflammation, but even that didn’t work, so on the 5th day of antibiotics, I had open irrigation. And I thought I was doing okay, but starting at 1 month, the columella area became red ㅠ They said it was fine, so I just let it be. 2 weeks ago, it kept staying red and felt like something was about to protrude, so I went in, and they said it wasn’t the implant, so I just let it be again. 1 week ago, something actually protruded all the way out, so I had it removed.. I think I’ll need scar treatment and reconstruction going forward, but the hospital isn’t saying anything, and I’m anxious ㅠㅠ I don’t know how much money or time it will take,, So far, I paid 100,000 won each for both the irrigation and the removal surgery.. I’m left with a scar, and compared to my pretty previous nose, it looks like contracture. Could anyone tell me what treatments helped in a situation like this? I feel so frustrated and depressed..
