I live in Daejeon, and I feel like there are some surprisingly decent clinics here, so I'm thinking of doing it in Daejeon. But would Seoul be better, or would a local area be better? I'm planning to get my nose and eyes done, and when I ask around, people say of course Seoul is better than a local area. But Seoul somehow seems like it would have a lot of factory-style clinics, and when I see places in Daejeon that have been operating in one place for a long time, ㅁㄴ feels trustworthy. Which would be better?
