Should scar tissue be removed, or should it be left alone? I have so much scar tissue that my nasal tip looks really bulky. One clinic says that if I have surgery again, scar tissue will form anyway, so there’s no need to remove it, while another clinic says they remove it all. I’m torn.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
