If I have nasal tightness and it gets better after taking medication, can I just keep living with it as it is? When my condition isn’t good, the tightness can feel a bit stronger, but if it gets better each time after I take medication, I’m wondering whether I can just leave it without removing anything. If there’s no inflammation or contracture, I’m so scared that this could keep repeating and then contracture might suddenly happen all at once. That’s why I’m also considering removal.
