It’s been a little over a month since my revision rhinoplasty, and I’ve been applying ophthalmic ointment inside my nose once a day.. But today, while applying the ointment, I felt something hard catching much more noticeably than usual, so I looked closely, and there’s something white like that... What could that be......? Ha.. seriously... ㅠㅠ Has anyone had something like this happen??

쿠르아야 That’s probably dissolvable suture. Dissolvable sutures originally last a long time. Tell the manager, and if it’s not inflammation, don’t worry too much.

I was like, “What is this?” and pulled on it, then realized it wasn’t a nose hair but something like a transparent thread, so I got startled and immediately asked the hospital ㅠ lol They said if it’s not uncomfortable, leave it alone, and that it will dissolve and disappear on its own.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
