After revision rhinoplasty, the tip of my nose keeps feeling severely tight. If I have it removed, will it go away? It’s honestly so hard.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
