A surgery review I’m leaving for myself to look back on, D+1 after plastic surgery

- Day of surgery: I made up my mind that I would never have revision nose surgery again. First of all, from removing nose hair to disinfection, it really hurt so, so, so much.. It was an atmosphere and pain I never want to experience again.. After it ended, I came home still woozy from anesthesia, and my nose kept stinging Why is having my nose blocked so uncomfortable, seriously Since my surgery was in the morning, I ate lunch as soon as I got home, and then swelling started Because I kept putting tension in my face, it seemed to swell more and more… And while sleeping, my mouth got so dry that I woke up every 2 hours and drank water… Then I remembered seeing in a YouTube vlog that sleeping with a mask on helps, so I tried it, and it was kind of okay.. But my mouth still got dry in between, so I did wake up - D+1: The swelling is insane. I woke up in the morning and sighed.. Ah… the dreaded period has begun ^^.. Maybe because I had osteotomy + nasolabial angle correction together, my philtrum is extremely swollen Should I call it my upper lip? My upper lip became about 2.5 times the size of my lower lip. It is exactly like a dog stung by a bee. When I looked inside my upper lip, there was bruising (Is this normal, everyone?) It probably happened during the process of inserting thin cartilage into the philtrum for nasolabial angle correction It hurts like hell And my face became U-shaped. I went through the trouble of making a V-line with facial contouring, but overnight I feel like I became a thumb The swelling was especially severe around my jaw! My eyes didn’t swell much (maybe because I didn’t raise the nasal bridge and actually lowered it?) Meanwhile, I met a friend. Heh. My friend said I looked like “Dyu puppy” heh.. I was sad because I couldn’t taste food, and sad because the swelling didn’t go down even after walking The saddest thing is that sleeping tonight will also be hard.. I’m planning to try sleeping with a mask on For reference, the surgeries I had were bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, nasolabial angle correction, long nose improvement, and donated costal cartilage.
