Around day 10, my nose shape started looking strange, so I wondered if my nose was going to stay like this and I started spiraling mentally, but I guess my contraction phase came early. I knew that if it comes early, the contraction phase can start around 2 weeks to a month, so I was really worried, thinking, “This isn’t even the contraction phase, so why is this happening?” But when I asked the clinic, they said it is the contraction phase. For now, they told me to apply warm compresses, and they said they’ll teach me massage at my next visit ㅠ The symptoms are that the nasal bridge feels clumped and hard, the tip feels lifted, the nasal alae look pinched, etc. It feels like something is being pulled toward the nasal bridge. I thought I was seriously going to spiral if it kept going like this, but after observing it for a few days, it’s worse right after waking up…
