I call myself a modern-day Guan Yu. I had my first nose surgery with ear cartilage + silicone, and it was done under local anesthesia. Maybe because of that, sleep anesthesia doesn't really appeal to me. It's been 8 years since my nose surgery, and I have had no side effects at all, but my nose was crooked from the start, and the ENT doctor said my nasal bone is crooked. So I want revision nose surgery. I want to correct the crooked nose (bone) + because my nose is broad, do osteotomy of the bones on both sides of the nose? to reduce the width + correct the bulbous nose that I still have. My wannabe noses are Winter's or Karina's nose.. or otherwise a small but high and slim nose is my wannabe. I don't want to touch my ears again, and my ear cartilage is on the smaller side, so I want to use autologous costal cartilage. Is there a place that does revision surgery well, that can proceed with this under local anesthesia and checks my nose structure in advance with MRI, CT + X-ray before going into surgery? (I got a recommendation online for ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery, but there are too many doctors, and when I asked who they got it from, they said they don't remember..; The skin on the lower part of my nose is very thick and has a lot of capillaries. The skin between my eyes is thin, so the silicone shows through slightly.)

mmmㅠ Mint only does it under local anesthesia.
동물칭쿠칭긔 [@mmm] Oh wow, thank you so, so much for the info!!!! I'll make a note of it. Be careful in the heat!!
익명 How was local anesthesia? I had my eyes done under local anesthesia before, and it wasn't like I felt I was going to die; it was bearable. I'm curious what the nose is like When I got nose contouring injections, it hurt so much
미누아우 I think I'll need to do local anesthesia too, but I'm scared..
동물칭쿠칭긔 [@] It only hurt from the anesthetic injection when they were numbing me, and after that it didn't hurt at all! But the sound of shaving down the nasal bone, and the knife + skin sound when cutting the ear cartilage, and the sound of cutting out the cartilage were so horrifying that I really couldn't do ear cartilage a second time. The incision sound from the nose was bearable, but the ear... maybe because it's close to the eardrum, the sound was horrifying.
동물칭쿠칭긔 [@미누아우] Once you actually do it, it's manageable... I actually felt more reassured, since I only focused on my nose and was careful with what I said.
