I’m planning to remove my septal extension graft because of aesthetic and functional issues, and I’ve booked consultations at ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ. If possible, I’d like to have the removal done at one of these two places, but there isn’t much information, so I’m really torn. If anyone has had removal surgery or knows anything about it, please share.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
