I’m consulting around because I’m planning revision surgery due to implant show-through at the nasal tip. Hospital A uses a mix of postauricular dermis + product dermis. Hospital B said they remove skin tissue when harvesting autologous costal cartilage and use that. That’s what they said, but when wrapping the nasal tip with autologous dermis, would it be okay to use autologous costal cartilage skin tissue?? I looked it up and heard postauricular fascia is also used a lot, but since it’s revision surgery, I’m even more confused
