Ah.. I worked hard writing a review and questions, but it said I didn't have permission,, and when I looked, I had been logged out.. I have severe lower-body obesity (cursed lower body).. After thinking about it for years, I finally did it. *Review 1. Had a consultation two weeks before surgery - I wanted thighs, abdomen, and upper arms, but the director said my arms and abdomen had too much sagging skin and wouldn't look pretty even if done. Instead, he said he would do my waist, buttocks, thighs, and above the knees. 2. Had tests one week before surgery - I was scheduled for spinal anesthesia, but they checked whether there would be any issue with general anesthesia - they said there was no problem. 3. Surgery day (3/31) - I fasted all morning, got fitted for a compression garment right before surgery, and had surgery from 2 p.m. until after 8 p.m. For the back side, I lay face down and had spinal anesthesia for about 4 hours; they did the thigh circumference, inner thighs, both sides of the waist, and above the knees. For the front side, I lay on my back for about 2 hours; they did the thigh circumference, inner thighs, and both sides of the waist - at this time they put me to sleep. 4. After surgery, once the anesthesia wore off, I lay down for about 10 minutes, then went to the recovery room and lay down for another 10 minutes, then got up, changed clothes, received my medicine, and was discharged - the stitched areas were covered with bandages, and my whole legs were wrapped in bandages. After the anesthesia wore off, I felt nauseated and vomited about twice (once at the hospital, once when I was almost home) - the hospital manager drove me home - I went through an acquaintance's introduction..^^* 5. The day after surgery, Saturday 1 p.m. now: I ate porridge in the morning and took medicine, and now I ate lunch - I plan to take medicine in a little while. So far, other than feeling queasy and nauseated, there isn't much discomfort. (Of course, the wound areas are a bit uncomfortable and it's hard when lying down or getting up after sitting, but it's bearable.) The director told me to walk around starting the next day, so I'm walking around in circles at home. Walking around or standing is more comfortable than lying down or sitting. My face hasn't swollen at all, and my body looks swollen because it's wrapped tightly in bandages, but my buttock line seems a bit lifted, and my thighs also look a little less protruding. More than 2000 cc came out. There was almost no blood and it was almost all fat. The director said there wasn't as much fat as expected and it was all muscle, so I don't have as high expectations as I did at first. I asked him to make the line pretty, so he was extremely meticulous - surgery time was 6 hours (scheduled time was about 3 hours). He said the line will show after 6 months. *Questions 1. At the hospital where I had it done, they only told me to wear the compression garment from one week after surgery for 2 months, and there was no aftercare. Is it okay not to do that kind of aftercare? 2. The hospital only tells me to diligently wear the compression garment, but should I go to another hospital for body-shape management anyway? 3. They say after surgery I should combine dieting and exercise. At what intensity should I do it? 4. When will the scars at the surgical sites become unnoticeable? There were many other things I was curious about, but now that I'm trying to write them, I can't remember. If anyone can answer, please leave a comment^^*

I had been looking into ways to lose only facial fat, and I decided on facial liposuction because, considering how long the results last, I thought it would be better than contouring injections, Shurink, or Ultherapy! I’m definitely more sa
