As of today, it's exactly 14 days, two weeks.. It feels like just yesterday that after thigh liposuction I had regrets, was in so much pain, and sighed looking at my legs swollen up like an elephant's... time really does pass quickly.. I went in for care today and just got home.. Carrying my baby on my back, I went a nearly 2-hour trip each way, 4 hours round trip, but rather than feeling tired, because my body felt a little lighter I came home humming.. Since yesterday, I started to see the swelling going down.. The tops of my feet were so swollen and bruised that even my husband's sneakers wouldn't fit, so walking had been really hard, but when I woke up yesterday morning, amazingly, the shape of my feet started to show, and today they felt even lighter.. The lines around the inner knees are gradually appearing, and my swollen calves seem to have returned to their place too.. My thighs had become hard, so I did get scolded, though not exactly scolded, to exercise more and massage them, but I feel good.. The doctor said that from now on, fat will come off at a surprisingly fast pace, and that the inner thighs, outer thighs, and area under the buttocks are all edema; those words kept echoing in my ears lol When he grabbed a handful of flesh and said, "This is all edema," I thought, can all of this really go away... it was amazing and exciting.. Because of the baby, I didn't have the time or room to exercise, so many areas became tight, and I suffered quite a bit today, but I'm going to do half-body baths, massage firmly from now on, and exercise hard too.. Since the day before yesterday I started Cho Hye-ryun Tae Bo Part 2, and it's really good. It's not boring either.. Of the 6 kg I gained after surgery, 3 kg has already come off.. I do feel bad that I ate quite a bit in the meantime, but... starting today I'm also going to try drinking some pumpkin juice.. I think surgery is something only diligent people can handle... I realize there is nothing easy.. Still, I'm going to try hard. Next time I'll upload photos too.. But since my legs are very muscular like Cho Hye-ryun's, I don't think I'll get a very pretty body shape.. Still, I'm just grateful..

I had been looking into ways to lose only facial fat, and I decided on facial liposuction because, considering how long the results last, I thought it would be better than contouring injections, Shurink, or Ultherapy! I’m definitely more sa
