Can you pick your nose like with your natural nose? I know you probably can’t during the early swelling stage or the contraction period, but later on, can you pick it with your finger?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
