I’m satisfied with how it looks now. When I searched, it seems like some people feel a big sense of loss because of the frontal view. But I’m so anxious about contracture and inflammation that, because of my mental stress, I thought I’d rather just remove everything. So first I went to ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, but ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ didn’t really give me a proper consultation, and at ㅅㅅㅇ they recommended going in the direction of revision surgery, so for now I listened to the explanation and came back. - No real need to remove the capsule, since there’s no inflammation or contracture and it’s normal tissue, so it will be naturally absorbed - The nasal tip uses all my own cartilage, so there’s no risk of inflammation or contracture; just slightly lower the height…
