If you had a full removal while leaving the septum, or had a full removal and left the septal support strut in place, please let me know how it wasㅠㅠ I’m going to consult at more places, but I really have no ideaㅠㅠ If I leave the septum, I feel like it might be hard and uncomfortable, and if I don’t leave it, they said the nose could lift upㅜ I also don’t know what shape it actually ends up looking likeㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
