Nose Re-Surgery

For Revision Surgery After Contracture, Is It Okay to Put Nothing in the Nasal Bridge??

I had contracture, so the silicone in my nasal bridge has been removed, and only ear cartilage remains in the nasal tip. Right now my nose is a slightly straight-to-curved line + slightly upturned nasal tip + blunt nasal tip + bulbous nose + widened nasal bridge shape. I’m looking into revision surgery, and the shape I want is a straight line + lowering the upturned nose + making the nasal tip sharper + nostril/alar base reduction. Would that be possible without putting anything in the nasal bridge? My original nasal bridge is on the low side.. Also, I want to somehow fix only the widened nasal bridge, and I saw there is something called osteotomy. If anyone knows this well too, please tell me about side effects or reviews..!!
