I'm planning to get cheekbone surgery, but maybe because I had orthodontic treatment, they look even more protruded, and I really don't have much flesh on my cheeks. Whether it's type 1 or type 2, it's still touching bone, so I should go somewhere with a long track record, right? I'm thinking of going between ㅇㅇㄷ and ㄷㅇㅇ, but when I was younger, I had a terrible time getting an impacted wisdom tooth removed, so I guess it'll be similar.
