I posted the day before the removal saying I was nervous, and today I’m back with a removal review. I had surgery 5 years ago, and I didn’t have inflammation or contracture; I removed it because of anxiety.
-Surgery day The surgery was done with about 5-10 minutes of sedation anesthesia followed by local anesthesia. I had heard that after sleeping for about 10 minutes and waking up, I’d feel drowsy and groggy, but when I woke up I was way too clear-headed and completely conscious, so the whole surgery was so hardㅠㅠ The pulling sensation was so vivid, and it stung here and there in the middle, so I went “ah, ah” several times. The surgery took over 2 hours, and enduring 2 hours while almost fully conscious was so hard…
