After rhinoplasty 2 years ago, septal cartilage was harvested, and septal extension grafting and ear cartilage were used. About 1 month later, I fell, and my nasal tip and septum became bent. Because of the foreign-body sensation and deviation, I want total removal and for my nasal tip to become smooth and soft. First consultation at Clinic ㄱㅇㅅ. The first examination was done on the bed. They said my septum was deviated and my nasal tip was pinched. In the director’s office, we talked about the surgical method, and since the septum was bent, they mainly explained that it would need to be corrected and reinforced. They said reinforcement with costal cartilage was needed, so when I said I didn’t want that, they said they would reinforce it with the harvested septal cartilage instead. With the consultant, we discussed the price and surgery…
