Is there anyone who had revision rhinoplasty using only ear cartilage? For my first surgery, I used silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but I developed inflammation and had them removed. Now I’m approaching the 1-year mark for revision timing and looking into clinics, but these days it seems like everyone recommends autologous costal cartilage
