Is there anyone who had revision rhinoplasty using only ear cartilage? For my first surgery, I used silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but I developed inflammation and had them removed. Now I’m approaching the 1-year mark for revision timing and looking into clinics, but these days it seems like everyone recommends autologous costal cartilage ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
