For the nasal tip, I had my bulbous nose brought forward a bit, and the tip was raised with septal cartilage. Sigh... But it’s now 4 weeks and 2 days since surgery. Can the sutured area normally end up like this? I also had the nose stitches removed in week 3. The sutured area didn’t heal, and the right columella turned yellow, the skin disappeared, and something next to it is sticking out. What should I doㅡㅡ There’s no discharge or bleeding. Is this nose at the point where I need removal, or will it just heal? Sorry the close-up photo is gross
