I went all over Busan, literally running around and checking multiple plastic surgery clinics, and I wanted to go to Seoul, but because it was really too far, I gave up. After thinking about it for years, I visited all the nose surgery hospitals in Busan. I did not want to touch the nasal dorsum, but at every place they said that if only the tip was done, the nose would collapse because there is a defect in the dorsum. At the last hospital I visited, the director was very confident and said he was a nasal-tip specialist and that it could be done with just the tip, but that it could not be raised high. Honestly, since I’m the kind of person who prefers a natural nose over a flashy one, I thought it would be okay, asked to raise only the tip a little, and booked the surgery, but now it’s 6…
