Because my nasal tip was tied, it’s obvious that it stays too unchanged even when I smile. If I undo this, will it look more natural when I smile too? It feels too artificial right now, so I’m really deliberation. Does everyone recommend undoing the nose? But I’m worried that if I undo the nose, it might become too bulbous. What should I do?
